When you think the time is right and you’d like us to give you a call, simply click on the "Sell Your House" link located on this website.

To get started, we’ll need to gather a few pieces of important information.  This includes name, phone number, email, property address, payoff and asking price.  That’s it.  No long drawn-out web forms.  No applications. No embarrassing questions about your situation. Just the facts.

This process is fast, painless and takes less than 3 minutes to complete. In most cases, once you submit your information, one of our homebuyers will give you a call within a matter of hours.  Worst case, a day or two.  If your real estate situation is urgent, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make sure you get a call back right away.   

By the end of this call, our goal is to figure out whether or not we think we can buy your house. This means we’ll need to ask you some additional questions and crank a few numbers while we have you on the phone.

This process takes approximately 15-20 minutes.  It doesn’t require a face-to-face meeting.  And quite frankly, at this stage, you could be a simple phone interview away from selling your house.

If we’re interested in buying your house, the next step would be we come out to the property to take a look around.  If you’re one of the unlucky few that have a few neighbors that can’t mind their own business, let us know upfront.  If that’s the case, we can be as discreet as you’d like us to be.

And one more important point:  Please don’t spend your precious time cleaning up the house trying to make things look pretty on our behalf.  It doesn’t matter.  We’re not Realtors who sweat the small stuff.  We’re investors who look at the big picture.   We’ll focus on things like the roof, furnace, AC, foundation, electrical system, plumbing and major repairs.

Once we’re at the property we’ll want to walk around, take a few pictures and ask you a few more questions.   This process takes about 30-45 minutes.

By the end of this meeting, we should now have everything we need to present you with a firm written offer.  This information includes comparable house values, title search results, payoffs and necessary repairs.

Depending on how the property inspection goes, we might be able to make you an offer right then and there.  If not, we can usually provide you with this offer within another business day.

If you accept the offer, we’ll have you sign a few documents and have you tell us the when you would like us to close on the house.  At this point, your house is now sold and you can move on with your life!  It’s really that easy.
